It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our esteemed Chairman and Co-Founder, Mr. Ralph Akil Williams.
Mr. Williams departed this life on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, leaving behind a legacy defined by compassion, courage, and an unyielding commitment to the betterment of our community. A true humanitarian, visionary, and servant leader, Mr. Williams dedicated his life to empowering others and fostering hope in the lives he touched.
As a co-founder of KCCOF, his leadership and vision were foundational to the mission and values that guide us today. His tireless efforts, wisdom, and compassion helped shape our organization and the countless programs and initiatives that continue to uplift our community. He was not just a leader—he was an inspiration.
In honor of his life and legacy, we share the following funeral arrangements for those who wish to pay their respects:

Mr. Williams will lay in state from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at St. Paul A.M.E. Church 1540 Pryor Rd Atlanta, GA 30315
Celebration of Life Service Begins at 12:00 PM
Interment to Follow: Forest Hills Memorial Gardens722 Conley Rd Forest Park, GA 30297
A livestream of the service will also be available via the Tri-Cities Funeral Home Facebook page for those unable to attend in person.
